Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–7 business days after your order is processed.

• Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1–3 business days after your order is processed.

• International Shipping: Delivery within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.
   

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons or for custom orders.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your items, and the shipping method selected.
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50 (US only).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey in real time.

 

International Shipping
We proudly ship to select countries worldwide. Please note:

Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.

 

Shipping Policies
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance.
Unsuccessful Deliveries: For packages returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery, you may request a reprint or reshipment for an additional fee.​

 

Return and Exchange Policy:

We aim to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase from AOC Creative Goods. If you’re unsatisfied, we offer the following return and exchange options:

General Return & Exchange Guidelines

• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted for eligible items in new, unused, and resalable condition at our sole discretion, within 14 days of receipt and with a valid proof of purchase.

• Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Incorrect or Faulty Items: If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a free reprint or replacement.

Holiday Returns

To accommodate holiday gift-giving, eligible items purchased between October 15, 2024, and December 25, 2024, may be returned until January 31, 2025. Furniture items are excluded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled:

• Personalized or custom-made items.

• Items marked as final sale.

• Items damaged or used through normal wear and tear.
   

Additional Notes

• Incorrect Size or Color: AOC Creative Goods is not responsible for incorrect size or color selections made at the time of purchase.

• Unsuccessful Delivery: In case of unsuccessful delivery, customers can request a reprint for an additional fee.

• DTG Product Tolerance: For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, a print placement variation of up to 0.5" is within acceptable standards and will not be considered a defect.

• Other Restrictions: Additional restrictions may apply, as noted in individual product listings.

 

How to Report an Issue

If you encounter a problem with your order, please complete our contact form with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within 2 business days to resolve the matter promptly.
