How It Works

Share Your Event Details: Tell us about your location, guest count, event format, preferred dishes and service needs.

Select Your Menu: Choose from our established Caribbean menu. Limited adjustments may be available for dietary requirements, event format and ingredient availability.

Review the Logistics: We evaluate travel, venue access, equipment, permits, local sourcing and staffing requirements.

Receive Your Proposal: If the event is a good fit, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the menu, services, destination-related expenses and next steps.

Confirm Your Experience: Once the proposal and deposit are approved, we coordinate the agreed-upon preparation, transportation and catering services.
Minimum Engagement

Events within the continental United States: Starting at $5,000

International events: Starting at $10,000
Travel, accommodations, permits, local transportation, freight, staffing, equipment, rentals, venue fees and taxes are calculated separately when applicable.
Availability
Out-of-area and international events are accepted selectively based on location, guest count, venue requirements, scheduling and local regulations. Additional planning time is required.
