When the candles are lit and the guests gather close, set a table worthy of the spirits themselves. The Baron's Table runner is inspired by Baron Samedi, the legendary guardian of the dead and gatekeeper of the underworld in Haitian Vodou and Louisiana Voodoo traditions. Known for his top hat, sharp style, love of rum, and mischievous charm, the Baron presides over the crossroads between life and death with a wink and a grin.
His world unfolds across your dining space in an intricate tapestry of folklore: dapper skulls in top hats, elegant ladies in wide-brimmed hats, winding serpents, glowing candles, ornate crosses, scattered bones, and bottles of rum left as offerings for the evening's most honored guests. Rendered in rich purple against deep black, every flourish feels like a whispered story waiting to be discovered.
Choose the spell that suits your gathering: regal purple for a touch of mystery, smoky grey for understated elegance, or haunting green for an otherworldly glow. Whether you're hosting a candlelit Halloween dinner, styling a moody tablescape, or bringing year-round gothic charm to your home, this runner turns any table into the centerpiece of the night.
